Maca has proven to be a proven effective fertility booster. Not only does it increase sperm count and mobility but also increases male libido.
Just like Ginseng, Ginko Biloba are one more astounding herb that has a positive effect on the male production parts of the male body. Its also well known to alleviate stress.

The amino acid Arginine is needed to produce sperm. Research and multiple studies in Rats have found that this herb is needed in the production of sperm. Several months of L-Arginine supplementation increases sperm count quality and fertility.
