All orders are placed online using the shopping basket.
Browse through our online catalogue until you find the product that appeals to you most, then choose the correct size. You can place your order by adding the item to the shopping basket, enter your correct delivery and payment details at the checkout and await delivery. Postage charges are calculated automatically.

By Phone: Call 072 0527335. We accept all valid credit cards. For the most efficient customer service, we recommend that you have your credit item numbers and billing information ready.

For fraud prevention, we verify that the billing address and card verification value (cvv2) you provide matches the information your credit card company has on file. For the fastest processing, be sure to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping. We appreciate your patience while we take these additional security measures for your protection.

We ship items by either Post Office or Courier(your choice) If you buy more than R500 of goods we SHIP FOR FREE by Post Office

Shipping chargers are predomintly determined by weight.

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 3 to 7 business days. This is determined by availability of the product and the spesific Post Service you have chosen.

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and recover costs billed to us in the event that you return an item. All other standard returns policies apply.

If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We can not refund you for opened products. You can return an un-opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 15 days. You must return the product back to us.(own shipping cost)

Our e-commerce software comes equipped with 128bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Security built in. Alphamaleshop does not sell, trade or rent personal information to anyone. We will not use or share your personally identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which we have engaged to provide services to you.

We are an online shop. We don't sell over the counter. You will have to buy it from us by EFT(Electronic Transfer) or credit card and we will ship the product to you buy Post.
